This is an elegant black satin petticoat skirt that can be worn by itself as a skirt or under any of our bustle skirts (or yours!) to bring a more victorian look to your outfit. It is a wonderful option by itself as a simple formal skirt.

- Made to order - please allow four weeks for this skirt to be made for you Very comfortable to wear - one size fits most - has an adjustable waist with both elastic and a quality ribbon drawstring
- SKIRT LENGTH: The standard length skirt is approximately 41.5 inches (105cms)
- This skirt can be custom sized for length - please choose the custom option and email through sales@galleryserpentine.com with your height, required front skirt length & your waist measurement.
- Complementary fabrics - the matte fabric of the bottom frill contrasts with the black satin of the skirt
- Beautiful black Majestica braid trim provides a lovely detail between the frill and the main part of the skirt
