- Custom designed fabric
- One size fits most - waist sizes 70cm to 120cm
- Skirt length is 60cm/24"
- Comfortable elasticated waist band
- Ribbon tie decoration at front of waist band
- Shown here with & without a tulle petticoat underneath
- If you prefer the fuller silhouette please select the 'with petticoat' option
