Your measurements

Every corset order is personally reviewed by our corsetière Steph. Submit your measurements below and we’ll confirm everything fits beautifully before we begin.

You can enter measurements in inches or centimetres.

Measure around your bra band, keeping the tape level at the back.
Measure where you go in the most at the sides, usually below your lowest rib. If not obvious, bend from side to side and measure at the level you’re bending from.
Measure 4″/10cm below where you measured your waist — mid-section of your hips, below the top of the hip bones but above your main outward buttocks curve.
Measure around the fullest part of your buttocks curve — this is usually at the same level as your pubic bone or top of thigh.
Measure while wearing a bra with defined cups wherever possible. Measure level at nipple height, keeping the tape level at the back.
Enter your usual cup size in most bras.
This helps us with corset length.
Helps Steph check best design, fabric, compression and finish.

  • The Under bust Victorian Corset is our most popular and versatile under bust corset that is very flattering for many different figure types and can be worn for waist training, tight lacing, special events and casually.

Please allow 2-3 weeks at most times of the year for your corset to be made. Use the chat on our website if you have an earlier event timeline, thanks.

  • The Under bust Victorian corset will usually cinch your waist in by 3" - 5" depending on your body type. Generally you want to choose a size that's 4" smaller than your natural waist measurement.
  • We highly recommend having our corset fitter give you a personalised size recommendation for this design.
  • The Under bust Victorian (UBVic) is a very strong corset and if treated with care will last you many years.
  • Designed and made in Australia!
  • The curve under the bust will sit just beneath your bra.
  • We only use the best quality steel busks (the front clip mechanism) along with spiral steel boning, flat sprung steel boning made to our specifications for strength.
  • This tight lacing corset style has been chosen by a number of our corporate customers for wearing under their work clothes & jackets as it is so great for posture & enhancing shape.
  • It is very popular for wearing over gothic or steampunk outfits to really enhance the silhouette and give an hourglass figure.
  • This is a fairly long torso style - through the size range the centre front length is 31-33cm, under bust to hem is 23-25cm, side length is 19-21.5cm & centre back length is 29-30.5cm
  • Please note this design doesn't include a modesty panel as standard, contact us if you wish to add one, the cost is $15

Fabric & Care

Our Australian-made corsets are constructed with strong outer fabrics, reinforcing interlining layers, and quality steel boning — flat (spring) steel and spiral steel — using construction methods developed over 25+ years to ensure longevity. Most corsets will outlast years of regular wear.

Care

Spot clean as needed. Most fabrics are suitable for occasional professional dry cleaning. Must not be machine washed. Store flat or hanging.

Every made-to-order corset is cut and sewn individually once your order and measurements are confirmed. Current production time is 3–4 weeks from confirmation.
